Exhibit Information
The standard space-only stand package includes the following:
- 8x10ft exhibit space
- 1 x Rectangular Table
- 2x chairs
- 1x power socket access - please bring an extension cable
- Complimentary Wi-Fi
If there are specific requests for tabletop set up, we will do our best to accommodate. Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 10 feet in height.

Setup
Wednesday, March 1
Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Wednesday from 7am-8am.
All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00AM.
Breakdown
Thursday, March 2
Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 5pm on the Wednesday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth and scheduling a pick-up for any items that need to be shipped via FedEx/UPS, etc.

TRAVEL TO NEW YORK
- -Directions from Grand Central Terminal (subways 4, 5, 6, 7 & S) - Exit Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street. Turn right out of the station. Turn right onto Madison Avenue and take a left on 45th Street. 360 Madison is on the right hand side.
- -Directions from Penn Station via subway (16 minutes) - Exit Penn Station on 7th Avenue and take the 1, 2, or 3 train from 34th Street Penn Station uptown. Transfer at Times Square - 42nd Street to the S (shuttle) to Grand Central - 42nd Street. Follow directions (left) from Grand Central Terminal to etc.venues 360 Madison Avenue.
- -Directions from Penn Station walking (23 minutes) - Exit Penn Station on 7th Avenue and walk north to Times Square (45th Street). Turn right along 45th Street until you reach etc.venues 260 Madison Avenue between 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue.
